CA Indosuez Switzerland (Lebanon) SAL and the Group

CA Indosuez Switzerland (Lebanon) SAL is incorporated under Lebanese law and has its registered office in Beirut. It is a subsidiary of CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA, which is in turn a subsidiary of CA Indosuez. The latter includes all Crédit Agricole group’s Wealth Management entities and is itself a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CACIB).

In performing their Wealth Management activities CA Indosuez Switzerland (Lebanon) SAL’s teams establish synergies with their colleagues in CACIB’s global network and Crédit Agricole group’s business lines.

Local governance

CA Indosuez Switzerland (Lebanon) SAL has a local governance structure vested with decision-making authority that implements the strategy, policies, decisions, general authorisations, operating rules and best practices set by the Group.

Its local governance is comprised of a Board of Directors with three members: Reine Raad, Peter Chamli (known as Chamilian) and the company CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA.
